i love laughing. im pretty sure its one of my favorite things to do, like in my top 3. so, i knew exactly what i was going to do this halloween. and no, it wasnt going to be me dressing in black with a shoelace strung up the front of my shirt claiming im a roller skate. however, if i were to be invited to a halloween party, i promise i will go dressed as exactly that! i think im safe there tho. that doesnt happen much and this isnt the movies. so im not going to have some secret reader send me a message and blah, blah, blah hollywood ending, yay! yea, its not like that, lol.

ANYWAY! sorry, got off track for a minute there. i knew i had to send him some edible treats with inside jokes thrown in. to be honest, i love sending packages to people, but i have no one to send to really.. tho now that im thinking about it.. that could be a good business. i should look into that. like a care package mail order type deal. that could be the other page i have! oh man, i just got a bunch of ideas all at once! i need to look into this shit tomorrow. ;D

ok, so once again off track! tangents for the win! \o/* so, i went out the other morning with my ma in search of edible treats and such. for starters the day was gorgeous! this was after some craptastic weather. oh, before we went for thr treats i had to go get my state ID updated. i looked good that day and thats not something i would normally say about myself, but im really starting to see the changes with my weight and its slowy but surely making me feel better about myself. today, for instance, a ring ive been wearing since i was sixteen fell right off my finger! for a second i thought it fell stright thru the elevator shaft, but luckily it didnt. so yea, twenty-one pounds down and counting!

and the winner for most tangents in one post goes to… *drumroll*…elle! yay! — im allowed to be lame sometimes. dont judge me, lol. cause jesus may love you, but i think youre a cunt. ;D just kidding. calm down and dont get your panties in a bunch. if it offends you.. im pretty sure thats the point. ;D no hard feelings. we can still play kissyface on the weekends. lmfao

moving on.. and i apologize and congratulate you at the same time for making it this far thru my ramblings ;p yea..  so the treats! i picked out some candy, of course having to make sure i got reesees peeeeceees. ;p and i thought about sending him another box of froot loops, but i decided against it. for the hell of it tho, i thought i would see if they had individual servings of cereals. to be honest, i didnt think they did! i was wrong, tho. i totally found single serving froot loops! ;D you may not get how excited i was to find these, but i know he does haha. my chair has a power seat on it and i raised it to to grab the only one i saw. just because i could, i double checked every shelf and lo and behold! i found another.now he can make a telephone and be the coolest kid on the block!

the pens are because.. well because i know theyll be put to use, lol. the back and body is for exactly what it says. if you havent used it for aches and pains before. do yourself a favor and buy some next time youre out. they work wonderfully! they always work for me so im hoping they work for him when his back starts to hurt. i might swipe one before i send it, but dont tell him that =x lol. oh! i also finally bought myself some sharpie pens and i fucking love them! best purchase ever!

my dorkiness comes into play with the pumpkin bucket, lol. since it is halloween.. and in all honesty i do love to get into the creative side of gift giving. some silly little martha stewart-esque quailty about it, just not as elaborate. so i searched the shop high and low and all thru their halloween stuff until i came across that little guy. i think its cute and its silly enough to get a giggle out of him. plus, then he can use it for change. see its useful and cute! even if it sits in a drawer, still practical, so ;p

i havent sent the package yet. the weather hasnt been in my favor today and yesterday my ma had other plans. so i have to wait until monday or tuesday most likely. either way, it should get there before or on halloween which works. hell, even if it doesnt. im sure it wont be the end of the world, lol. and yes, i posted a pic of his treats and yes he reads my posts.. thats because he already knows what hes getting cause we are rubbish at keeping surprises from each other. however, i am making a few adjustments to it that will be a surprise. :) just cause itll be silly, hehe.

so to sum it up… laughing is awesome. edible treats will be on their way to him soon. things are going good with me despite a couple bad days this past week or so. i like sending care packages and need to look into starting a business. oh and, tho i didnt mention it before, i need to work on our shop page more, the link is in the side bar :) its coming along well, i just need to add more products and post a bit more. were getting there tho! anyway, that was quite the ramble, lol. it happens. ;)

regardless, the  day didnt start there. it was supposed to start early, it ended up being 1:05pm. we had fifty-five minutes to get to the bank. usually the bank closes at 2pm on saturdays. i got ready in record time and we were at the bank with twenty minutes to spare. it was closed, i seriously thought the day was shot at that point. instead, we ended up at the bar. its nice to know people that can cash checks for you, lol. only one problem, theyll only cash up to fifty bucks and i already had it made out for the bank and on top of that.. it was my last fuckin check in my book. we ended up going all the way back home and searching for the last of my checkbooks. thankfully, i had some.

after making a second stop at the bar and hanging out long enough to have a smoke and watch the last inning in the cubs game, we were off. the vital of all our stops to come, getting gas. while we waited for it to fill up, i called the staples shop we had just passed to inquire about a pocket protector. yea, you read it right. he didnt know what one was. i told him. he got excited about it.. and now here i am callin to see if staples carries them. they do.. im pretty sure the chick on the other end of the line laughed, lol. to be honest, i would have, too. i also grabbed some clicky pens for him. they come in handy for his job.. plus, he can nerd out with his new pocket protector and clicky pens. is it weird that i like the way the inside of the shop smelled? like.. an office, lol. go figure, right? but i dont know how else to explain it.. its like new office. its nice. ;p

from there it was off to trader joes. if youve never been to one and you live by one, go to it. its a pretty nice grocery store. its like a younger, cooler version of the other stores around, lol. the music is great and the foods are all specialty, organic and gourmet kinda things. besides that, its a pretty fun atomosphere. we went there for these pumpkin seeds i wanted to send him. *crunch crunch* its all im gonna here when he gets them, but i kinda like knowing that its cause i sent them out to him.

after that we headed back across town towards the mall. this is where the fun began. if you didnt note my sarcasm there, please do so now. seriously, there may have been some sale we were unaware of because the massive amounts of people was just ridiculous. we had to work our way through the whole second floor to the elevator and then back thru the first floor to the colognes. people are dicks. they see people trying to go thru the walk way and they just stand there. not cause they are looking at anything, sometimes they are just standing there waiting for someone.. or they feel the need to stop in the middle and have a conversation with someone going the other way. its a dick move and the mall was full of them today. eventually after spending a few minutes at the counter we headed out into the mall itself.

people walk so slow. i mean i know i go faster than most people walk, but these particular people were walking at a snails pace. we literally had to go to the opposite end of the mall and it was taking way too long. we were swerving in and out of people the whole way there, got the cologne and headed back into the mass. going back didnt take as long, which was good cause we still had like two more stops once we go back into the van. this time we were off to k-mart, i couldnt send a package to him without sending a box of froot loops. honestly, i think he would disown me as a friend if that happened. especially knowing how much he wants them. i would never live it down. i also got a few other goodies for him, just things weve talked about over the past few months. little treats cause i know how much he loves those. ;p

we were finally headed to the last shop, we decided it was time to enjoy some herbal treats. it makes the borders experience much better. to be honest, i dont think ive been in a borders when i wasnt partaking. i picked up a rich dad book for him, hes addicted to them at the moment. the other day we were chatting about books and he said something about me reading. i told him i do read and he suggested something that wasnt a novel, but more of a how to.. or something that would help me focus better on my goals. im not sure if hes aware of it yet, but i do take all his suggestions into consideration.. and for the most part agree with him and then do it.

so after searching for his book.. i went looking for the self help books. i saw one on self-esteem and almost walked off with that one. then there was a different one that looked interesting, so i traded out and almost left with that one.. thats when i saw the one i finally bought. be happy. simple title stating exactly what i wanted to be, not to mention im partial to the cover, lol. i skim the book and read the back and finally decided on it.

i did everything i set out to do today and i even ended up with something for myself. today was a good day. :) i cant wait to spray my hat with his cologne before i send it off to him (he already said i could ;p hehe). i also cant wait until he gets all his goodies. i just have one more thing left to do, which is make him a card to send along with it all. nothing is a surprise anymore, lol. he got it all out of me earlier. hes a sneaky, cheeky brit.. or a sneaky, cheeky britsy boosies. lmao, yea.. i said it. what of it? ;p

im off to start reading my book now. its an eight week course. maybe when im done.. or as im doing it i can write little book reports. i just looked at it, its broken into parts. so every four chapters ill be writing what ive learned or realized about myself, life, happiness.. whatever comes to mind. tomorrow, its reading and art with a little crocheting.
